When logging on to the Tamar Tag secure site for Account / Top Up Information for the first time all entries are case sensitive and all the zeros at the start of the account number/ID are required to be entered.

When prompted for a new Username and Password, these must be a minimum of six characters long.

Applications for new TamarTag accounts

We regret to advise that due to circumstances beyond our control, problems with our supply chain for new tags means that we have insufficient stock to service applications for new tag accounts until mid-September.

We are, of course, pressurising our suppliers and the manufacturer to offer earlier supply dates but it does appear that the supply dates will remain unchanged due to current market and supply circumstances.

All applications received whilst waiting for new stocks will be processed with all due urgency on a "first applied, first processed" basis  as soon as we have tag units available.
